Elements of an estate plan that we can

Will:
A document that controls the distribution of your assets at your death pursuant to your wishes and nominates a personal representative to administer your estate.

Revocable Trust:
A trust is a document that designates a trustor, trustee(s) and beneficiaries. To be effective, your assets are re-titled to the trust. A trust will avoid probate, eliminate or reduce estate taxes and nominates a successor trustee to manage your property if you become incapacitated.

Financial Power of Attorney:

A document whereby an individual (principal) nominates an agent to manage the property &
finances for the principal when he or she unable to do so.


Health Care Power of Attorney:
A document in which an individual (the principal) nominates an agent to make health care decisions for the principal when the principal cannot make or communicate such decisions themselves.


Living will:
A document intended to guide your Agent in making decisions concerning the use of life-sustaining treatment (treatment intended to keep you alive, including, but nor limited to, artificial nutrition and hydration, assisted ventilation, CRP).
